Thrilla In Manila Flip Tour

Flip and Volcom are going to be touring The Philippines in a few days and are

having a demo on March 20th. So, if you live in Manila, nearby, on the other

side of the world or in another dimension come out and enjoy the shredding!

Appleyard, David, Luan, Louie and Willow will all be there. BIG THANKS to

BEHIND THE SCENES AT FLIP EXTREMELY SORRY PREMIERE! 9/22/2009

Anaheim, CA – 2000 hungry skateboard fans showed up at the world premiere of the highly anticipated film Extremely Sorry by Flip Skateboards. Being the third of the Sorry video trio, this movie was in the making for more than 4 years and featured Volcom riders Geoff Rowley, Mark Appleyard, Rune Glifberg, David Gonzalez, Shane Cross, Luan Oliveira, Louie Lopez and Willow.

EXTREMELY SORRY Soundtrack Available Thru Volcom Entertainment

Westminster, CA (8/25/2009) – The stars aligned when FLIP
SKATEBOARDS joined forces with noted music producer and premier league DJ
Baron, to create a completely unique soundtrack for their hugely anticipated
third video project “EXTREMELY SORRY.” The soundtrack has been years in the
making and features an array of musical styles to match each skater’s part in
the film. Baron worked closely with film director Ewan Bowman for countless
hours to score original tracks which matched each skater’s style as well as one
of the film’s stars Geoff Rowley, who helped Baron connect closely to the
skaters and legitimize the process with them and the skateboard industry.

“EXTREMELY SORRY has been 4 years in the making and the most insane journey
I have been on. The music was made to serve the skateboarding and the
skateboarding is epic.” -Baron

Through an array of relationships, Baron, Geoff Rowley and the FLIP team were
able to arrange a mix of artists to provide vocals throughout the soundtrack.
At the time of this press release details have yet to be released, however
expect appearances for major acts in the rock, rap and punk genres.

Partnering with Volcom
Entertainment to distribute and market the album, FLIP feels this
soundtrack will set the standard to come for skate films in the future.

To give a taste of what the soundtrack will be like, FLIP has released an
instrumental track from the EXTREMELY SORRY David Gonzalez trailer for FREE
available on the Volcom
Entertainment site.

The soundtrack will be available for purchase in stores on 10/20/09.
