Orders placed before 4pm UK Time Monday to Friday are despatched the same day (except Bank Holidays).

Standard delivery - First Class Recorded Post: Monday November 24 2008

Express delivery - Business Post Express Courier Delivery: Sunday November 23 2008

Delivery times explained

Orders placed before 4pm UK Time Monday to Friday are despatched the same day.

Orders placed after 4pm UK Time are despatched the next working day.

Orders placed at the weekend and Bank Holidays are despatched on the next working day.

Most First Class Recorded Post orders arrive 1-3 days after despatch, although occasionally orders can take 5 working days to arrive.

If you have selected Next Day Business Post Courier Delivery to a UK address and ordered by 4pm UK Time, your order will arrive by 3pm the next working day after despatch.

You will be e-mailed your Royal Mail or Business Post Express parcel tracking code.
